Synopsis Summer 2019, Xia suddenly has a crush on someone who then seems to have vanished from the world. He told Xia that he went to school in Boston.

Director’s Statement ‘An old person is like treasure to a family.’ Kid was inspired by two elderly people in my family. While spending time with them, I discovered that they were in many ways like children: stubborn, distracted, and often strangely juvenile. As a grown-up, I both loved and hated them. As they lost their independence and got themselves into trouble, I realised that the people who had once watched over me were slowly growing old - or, rather, slowly moving back towards their most infantile states.
