The film is based on the musical culture of Xinjiang, the Muqam. The film reflects the emotions evoked by the music of Muqam, the happiness and vibrant spread of music in the people as well as the deep rooted love within the ethnic group of Uyghur. The music and the dance is the highlight in the film. The film showcases the importance of music in the people and how it helps them to develop their culture based on this pure raw form of art.
