A young man accidentally discovers the truth behind the death of his boyfriend but immediately finds himself in a dangerous situation. Utilising cream as a sexual motif, this short exemplifies the many different things food can stand for and showcases an endearing same-sex love that continues beyond death. With a sharp pace and playful music, this short is a wonderful mix of comedy and thriller and straddles between reality and fantasy. -Chris Lau. Co-lead Curator of Odyssey 2024
